Mother's Day List-Recipe


Fantastically Simple Chicken Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Pour 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup in 9x13 glass baking dish

3. Fill Soup can with water and pour in baking dish, mixing the soup and water together.

4. Place 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts in the baking dish-roughly 3-4 chicken breasts.

5. Cover with foil

6. Place in heated oven for 20-30 minutes (depends upon the thickness of your chicken breasts).

7. Pull out of the oven and check to make sure they are thoroughly cooked (no pink).  If fully cooked, take out and turn off the oven.  If not, put back in for an extra 5 minutes & repeat checking.

8. Serve on a bed of rice & enjoy!
