Ingredients:
2 cups chopped, onions
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

In large pan, melt 2 tbsp. of the butter. Add onions and let the onions caramelize. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat for 13 to 15 minutes or until onions are tender. Uncover. In medium bowl stir together apple mixture and cream cheese. Stir in about 3/4 of the onion mixture.
