Ingredients:
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. mustard
½ tsp. parsley flakes
paprika
Directions:
After boiling the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks; place in a small bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork.
Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and salt until smooth and creamy. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then serve.
