Peach Punch



Ingredients:

3 (11.5 oz.) cans peach nectar

1 large can (29 oz. ) peach slices in light syrup
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
½ cup lemon juice
3 liters ginger ale or club soda


Directions:

Place 1/2 of the undrained peach slices in blender, add 1 can of peach nectar and blend until smooth. In a large punch bowl combine pureed peach mixture, remaining peach nectar, frozen orange juice and lemon juice. Mix well until orange juice concentrate is dissolved. At this point, the mixture can be frozen if desired for later use.

To serve, stir in the ginger ale or club soda and float the remaining peach slices in the mix.
