Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. celery salt
¼ cup soy sauce
½ cup red cooking wine
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dried basil
2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed. Place steaks in large freezer bag and pour mix over the steaks. Squeeze all air out of the bad and seal. Place in refrigerator for up to 8 hours and cook meat as desired.
