Pork and Pineapple Kabobs



Total Time:  39 min.  Prep Time:  10 min.  Servings:  4 servings, 2 kabobs each

Ingredients:


2 tbsp. Mustard
1 t sp. Chopped rosemary
1 lb. boneless pork chops, cut into 1-inch pices
1 cup green pepper


Directions:

Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Reserve ¼ cup sauce for later.  Pour remaining sauce over chops in a shallow dish.  Coat both sides. Refrigerate 15 min.  to marinate.

Heat gril to medium-heat. Remove meat from marinade; thread meat onto skewers alternately with pineapple, peppers and onions.

Grill 12 to 14 min.  turning occasionally and brushing with reserved sauce.
