Bacon-Topped Loaded Potatoes


Prep Time: 15 min.  Total Time: 45 min.  Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 box (4.5 oz) Betty Crocker® loaded baked potatoes
1 3/4 cups boiling water
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup garden vegetable spreadable cream cheese (from 8 oz container)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons sliced green onions

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In casserole, stir sauce mix, water, milk, cream cheese and garlic powder with whisk until blended. Stir in potatoes.
2. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Allow to stand 5 minutes to thicken. Stir; sprinkle with bacon and onions.
Makes 4 servings (1/2 cup each)
