The most important meal of the day–breakfast- revs your metabolism and provides you with a solid source of mental and physical energy for the morning. It can also prevent you from making poor snack and meal choices throughout the day and stop you from overeating. However, a healthy breakfast is the real key to ensuring your nutrition. The donut and latte option are a thumbs down. Instead, reach for fruits and veggies, whole grains, low fat dairy, and good for you fats.
