- Apple Cider Vinegar-your body becomes more alkaline during a cold and the apple cider vinegar will help to rebalanced the body's acid level.
- Spicy Peppers (including cayenne)-these peppers contain Capsaicin, which can thin mucus and open up your nasal passages.
- Yogurt-contains live active cultures or "Probiotics" that help your digestive system and may even stimulate white blood cells.
