Nanny Healthy Tip of the Week-Garlic


For all you garlic nuts out there, we have great news! 

Did you know that Garlic is a cancer preventative, it helps lower blood cholesterol and helps reduce your blood pressure. So you should eat 2-3 cloves a day. Chopped is milder than crushed, or roast whole, unpeeled cloves, then squeeze out the sweet, mild garlic inside.
