Crockpot BBQ Beef for Sandwiches



Cook Time: 8-10 hrs.  Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:


1 ½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke flavoring
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder


Directions:     
                           
Place the beef roast into the Crockpot.  Combine the ingredients together in  bowl  and pour over the roast.  Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.  Remove the roast and shred the meat.  Put the meat back into the Crockpot and stir into the sauce.  Make sure the meat is coated well. 
You can toast sandwich buns and the spoon the meant onto the buns.  Serve with extra sauce if desired.
