Cook Time: 8-10 hours on low 5 hours on high
Ingredients:
3 16 oz. cans kidney beans, drained
2 16 oz. cans tomatoes with juice
1 green pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
6 tbsp. chili powder
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. cyanine pepper
Directions:
Place chili powder in a pan and turn the stove on to medium heat and saute. Then put all of the ingredients in your crock pot along with the chili powder. Set on low for 8-10 hrs, or high 5 hours.
Uncover and let cool and serve. You can put a dollop of sour cream on top along with cheese and crackers if you desire.
