Shamrock Sandwiches



Prep Time:  35 min   Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 package (2 ounces) thinly sliced turkey or ham
2 tsp. fresh dill
¼ tsp. salt
sourdough or rye bread
Shamrock cookie cutter


Directions:

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.  Stir in the turkey or ham, onion, dill and salt.   Using the shamrock cookie cutter, cut out two shamrocks from each slice of bread.

Spread 1-2 tbsp. of the filling on the bottoms of the half of the shamrocks; top with remaining shamrocks.
