Memorial Day Grilled Marinated Chicken


Ingredients:

                     1 1/2 cups oil
                          2 tablespoons dry mustard
                            1/4 cup red wine vinegar
                          1/4 cup cooking wine or sherry
                             1/3 cup lemon juice
                              3/4 cup soy sauce
                            2 1/4 teaspoons salt
                            1 1/2 teaspoons parsley
                           1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
                            2 tablespoons lemon pepper
                        1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

    * Combine all of the ingredients except the chicken in a large (good quality) resealable plastic bag or in a medium glass bowl; mix well.
    * Add the chicken (thaw first if using frozen chicken) and marinate for 12-24 hours in the refrigerator.
    * Preheat the grill to medium. Lightly oil the grill grate. Discard marinade, and place chicken on the grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear
