Nanny's Succulent BBQ Pork Loin


Ingredients:

3 lbs. pork loin

BBQ Recipe:

1 onion, chopped
1 ¼ cup catsup
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire  sauce
½ tsp. dry mustard
1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. ground cayenne pepper

Directions:

Bake pork loin for 3 hours at 300 degrees.
Mix all sauce ingredients together and place in the refrigerator to blend while meat cooks
After meat has cooled, shred or tear apart the Pork
Place shredded meat in electric skillet, pour sauce over the meat and simmer on low for 1 hour.
