Blueberry-Walnut Oatmeal



Prep Time: 5 min.  Total Time: 6 min.  

Ingredients:

½ cup oats

¾ cup water
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Optional, substitute fresh raspberries instead of blueberries

Directions:

Combine the first 4 ingredients together in a bow. Then put it in the microwave.

Microwave on high for 1 min. Then stir.

Take out of microwave and let cool. Then top with yogurt and walnuts
You can take a morning favorite and make it over by decreasing the amount of oats and walnuts, increased the amount of blueberries and used yogurt instead of milk to make it creamy. By making these small changes it has saved you 120 calories, 12 grams of fat and 2 grams of saturated fat per serving.
